Yesterday Christian Binnie has posted in one of the thread on North East Board that he plans go to Spain with Tim Bresnan at ARM WARS (depending on the cost), but how he says he will DEFINITELY be in Poland.
In Poland... it means Nemiroff World Cup in October. So I asked him: does he compete this year and if "YES" - when is he going to start his preperation ?
Christian Binnie: "I am NOT competing/fighting this year in Poland. I had MAJOR back surgery in Fb, where they put titanium rods, screws, and a screen in my lower back at S-1, L-5 and L-4.. I was on the operating table for 7 hrs, and for being in one position for that long, it pinched the ulnar nerves in BOTH arms, which effects the pinky (smallest finger), and ring fingers, and that dside of my palm and arm. My right dside is almost healed, But the left is real bad. I see one of my Doctors tuesday, to determine if they will operate on it and move it over, before permanent paralysis sets in.....
I however promised Tim that I would go for thr ride, so I am keeping my promise..I do wish I could compete this year, but obviously its to soon, with the nerve damage AND back pain..
